Job Description
As a member of the City’s Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall support of the City’s Information Technology (IT) environment. You will resolve IT related problems and respond to requests from internal customers from all City divisions in a timely and efficient manner. Providing training and documentation when needed along with maintaining the security and integrity of the overall network and applications are key responsibilities in this progressive role.
